The 2010 Bugatti Veyron
The 2010 Bugatti Veyron, otherwise known as the ” Bleu Centenaire“, was released in Europe at a Geneva auto show early 2009. Although the 2010 model is based on the 2009 model, it features a two-tone paint job that more than perfectly exemplifies the true elegance that is the Bugatti Veyron. The Bleu Centenaire is considered a specially built Veyron that is to honor the 100th anniversary of Bugatti Motor Company, and to help celebrate it’s worldwide affluence of quality vehicle ever since it’s founding.
The 2010 Bugatti Veyron is a clear example of the companies aspirations in artistic form and technique, along with the traditional two-tone paint. Although the vehicle still follows this trend it is designed to focus on one special color, which is a light “Bugatti Blue“, rather than the two separate colors. Other components such as the engine, are painted to accent the “Bugatti Blue” color scheme to create a great flow and balance of color and offer a new impression of the traditional two-tone scheme set by previous models.
The roof trim, front grille, exterior rearview mirrors, and the side intakes are given a polished aluminum finish to help create a more impressive appearance with the “Bugatti Blue” paint scheme. Along with this is also a special wheel design, in which is accented with red calipers.
The interior of the Bleu Centenaire is a work in itself. Filled with custom “snow-beige” leather seating, central console, and quilted seats. LED lighting systems, along with a “Park Distance Control” system are included and are intended for future models yet to be released by Bugatti. Like previous models, the 2010 Bugatti Veyron shows the same performance and handling qualities to that of the 2009 model. Although these may be the same as earlier models, they are still features that place the Bugatti Veyron in the top of it’s class for performance, elegance, and most of all top speed.
The Bleu Centenaire Bugatti Veyron is expected to cost 1.35 million Euros, or 1.831 million U.S dollars. Although this is a steep price, the car is surely worth the cost. With plenty of qualities that make the car one of a kind, along with the car’s unbelievable performance abilities, the price will seem reasonably small in comparison.
